These online training programs are offered by the College’s human resources department; we recommend student employees participate.

Government Forms

The forms below are required by the Federal Government and must be completed and returned to the Payroll Office, lower lever of Ball Hall, before you may begin working.

  • I-9 Form – Employment Eligibility Verification
  • W-4 Form – Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate
  • IT-2104 – New York’s Withholding Allowance Certificate
