Keuka Faculty & Staff

The TeamWorks! program is often used by faculty and staff. It has been used to spice up lesson plans, bring certain concepts to life, train students to think in new ways, create cohesion and enhance leadership among sports teams and much more. TeamWorks! can also be used as a “train the trainer” tool and provide leaders with the skills necessary to perform their jobs.

CAPTION NEEDED

Students in Prof. Anne Tuttle's "Organizational Behavior" course gain problem solving, decision making, and leadership skills through a portable low element.

We use TeamWorks to elaborate more on the textbook part, the lecture part, the theoretical part– because we can understand what roles are, what dynamics are, what leadership is, but until you get to see it in practice, and feel what the differences feel like I don’t think the students really grasp it.
