Students in Associate Professor of Management Neil Siebenhar's Strategic Management class make a presentation on Porter's Five Forces, an analysis framework.
Keuka College's business management program provides a unique learning experience by blending a cutting-edge curriculum with a historical commitment to community service.
Keuka graduates possess the knowledge, skills, and experience to flourish in today's global business environment along with a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Keuka College seems like the last school in the country where you'd find top-notch business programs. After all, a college where community service is king and social responsibility and service are core values surely wouldn't appeal to students looking to make their way in the often rough and tumble, cutthroat world of corporate America.
However, thanks to a world-class faculty, who bring plenty of business savvy and real-world experience to the classroom, and a top-notch program that meshes theory and practice, it does. And the end product of this unique educational approach are graduates who hammer out agreements in the corporate boardroom during the week and hammer nails for Habitat for Humanity on weekends.
Keuka is a small college in upstate New York but don't be fooled by its size or rural location. Its sphere of influence extends well beyond Keuka Park. Keuka trains tomorrow's business leaders on its home campus, throughout New York state via its Accelerated Studies for Adults Program, and in China, where more than 4,100 Chinese students are pursuing business management degrees at four universities.
The Division of Business and Management offers majors in accounting, marketing, and management. Minors are offered in accounting, human resource management, management, and marketing.
Students pursuing management degrees also have the option of adding concentrations in accounting, human resources management, marketing, sports management, entrepreneurship, and international business.

The Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) team has designed and presented educational programs to help local elementary, middle, high school, and college students learn about global economics and market forces, prudent use of credit, the importance of savings and investments, and fiscal ethics
Each year the SIFE team highlights educational outreach projects such as these at the SIFE Regional Competition. Keuka has won seven regional titles in the past eight years. A regional win carries with it a berth in the SIFE USA National Exposition, and in 2008, Keuka finished among the top 16 teams (out of 140).
The SIFE team also reaches out to a number of local businesses to help them attract new customers. Keuka students have prepared integrated marketing plans, conducted market research, revamped Web sites, created brochures, established customer databases, and more for area businesses.
Some team members traveled to China to help one of Keuka's partner universities establish a SIFE team.
