Duties Performed: I completed physical labor around the park office and on the trails, assisted in maintaining a clean volunteer living area, and shared information with visiting tourists.

Best Aspect: This Field Period provided many "firsts" for me. I was able to learn about life in a completely new environment, and it was my first time on a plane and being out of country. I met other volunteers from all over, and was able to see wildlife that I've only seen in zoos prior to this experience.
