Parts of the job require you to understand the financial aspects of purchasing and selling real estate, and also to understand and abide by the legal ramifications of dealing in real estate. Also, there could be challenges learning how to deal with and handle the clientele.
I was able to understand the buying and selling market which will help me later on in life and my career. I also had the privilege to work on research in the real estate office that won an award for selling the highest value of property in the country in 2013.
